Vasomotor symptoms, better known as hot flashes, are a very common complaint among menopausal women. hot flashes can hvae an impact on your qualify of life. Those sudden sensations of heat, flushing, sweating and maybe palpitations can interrupt whatever you are doing-- not to mention your sleep being disturbed! If you need some relief from those annoying hot flashes, you may be interested in this research study.


Hormone replacement therapy is commonly used to treat hot flashes. However, there are non-hormonal options. Clinical Research Associates is conducting a study of a non-hormonal research medication for the treatment of hot flashes in menopausal women.

Who is eligible to participate?

You may qualify for this study if you are:

  • Between the ages of 40 and 65
  • Of confirmed menopausal status (surgical or natural)
  • In good general health


What does the study involve?

Eligible study participants will receive study medication at no charge and may receive compensation of up to $520 for study participation and completion.
