The prevalence of obesity and overweight has increased sharply over the last several years.  This trend is causing increase risk for many health problems and diseases; including hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes II, coronary health disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea and some cancers.
