Clinical Research Associates Inc. is seeking overweight, Type II diabetic volunteers who are 18 to 70 years of age to participate in a one year research study for weight loss.

Qualified participants must be:

• Motivated to lose weight
• Willing to complete a daily food diary
• Willing to follow a prescribed diet and exercise regime
