Clinical Research Associates has a study that you might qualify for...
It is estimated that between 3 million and 6 million Americans have Fibromyalgia. Of these, 80% are women. The cause (s) is unknown. Although it is non-life-threatening, it can be life altering. Its primary symptom is muscle pain throughout the body or at certain points. The pain can be mild or severe enough to limit work, social activities and activities of daily living. People who have Fibromyalgia feel moderately to severely fatigued and have sleep problems.
Clinical Research Associates is conducting a 10-13 week, 11-visit study to evaluate an investigational medication for Fibromyalgia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of two different doses compared to a placebo on 24-hour blood pressure and heart rate. Fibromyalgia Participant’s blood pressure can either be normal or high.

You may qualify for this research study, if you are:
• 18 to 70 years of age
• Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia
• Willing to wear a 24-hour Blood Pressure Monitor
